Free Plan
- Ideal for individual tutors testing the platform.
- 1 teacher/room, 2 total participants across all sessions.
- 35‑minute max session duration.
- Recordings stored for 3 days.
- No AI, no custom branding, no live monitoring.
School Plan
- Perfect for small to medium schools (up to 3 teachers/rooms included).
- 180‑minute sessions, unlimited daily classes.
- 9 users included (3 teachers × 2 students each) – more can be added.
- 6‑month recording retention.
- Custom branding (upload your logo) and live monitoring included.
Teacher Plan
- For individual teachers with a small number of students.
- 1 teacher/room, 2 participants total (teacher + 1 student) included.
- Additional users ($1 each) allow more students.

2. Add‑ons
Add‑ons are available on paid plans (School or Teacher) to extend capacity.

Note: The Eazy AI add‑on applies to the entire account – all teachers and students benefit. It requires a valid Gemini API key provided by the admin.
3. How to Upgrade or Purchase Add‑ons
- Log in as Admin.
- Go to Subscription in the sidebar.
- You will see your current plan and available upgrades.
- Click Upgrade or Purchase Add‑on.
- Select the quantity (e.g., 2 additional teachers).
- Click Checkout – you are redirected to PayPro’s secure payment page.
- Complete payment using credit/debit card, PayPal, or other supported methods.
- After successful payment, your subscription is updated instantly.
Cancelling or Downgrading
- You can cancel add‑ons at any time from the Subscription page.
- If you cancel an add‑on, the related resources (extra teachers, extra students, AI features) remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, then are removed.
- Downgrading from School Plan to Free Plan is allowed, but you may lose custom branding and live monitoring immediately.
4. Affiliate Program
EazyClassroom offers a generous affiliate program to reward users who refer new customers. You can earn commissions on both student subscriptions and school/teacher plans.

- Earn Commissions – When a referred user makes a purchase (and does not request a refund), you earn the commission.

Payouts
- Commissions are processed through PayPro Global.

- Payouts are made monthly for recurring commissions.

From your affiliate dashboard (accessible via PayPro’s affiliate portal), you can see:

5. Frequently Asked Questions (Pricing)
Can I switch from Free to School Plan mid‑month?
Yes. When you upgrade, the new plan starts immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days of the month.
What happens if I exceed my participant limit?
Additional participants beyond the limit cannot join the session. You will receive a warning. You can purchase additional user add‑ons to increase the limit.
Is there a contract or long‑term commitment?
No. All plans are month‑to‑month. You can cancel at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis according to PayPro’s refund policy. Generally, unused add‑ons may be refunded within 7 days.
Do students need to pay?
Students do not pay directly. The school (admin) pays for the plan and add‑ons. Parents may optionally purchase AI question packs or upgrade their child to a paid student account, but this is configured by the admin.
How do I join the affiliate program?

Can I earn commissions on my own purchases?
No. Self‑referrals are not allowed.
