Getting Started with EazyClassroom

This guide will walk you through the initial steps to create your account, log in, and configure your institution for the first time.

1. Create an Account

You have two options to register:

Option A: Sign up as an Admin (School Owner)

  1. Go to https://app.eazyclassroom.net/signup
  2. Select Admin as your role.
  3. Fill in:
    • Username – choose a unique identifier.
    • Email – use a valid email address (you will need to verify it).
    • Password – at least 8 characters.
    • User type – Admin.
  4. Click Sign Up.
  5. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the verification link.

Option B: Be invited by an existing Admin

If an admin has already created your teacher or parent account, you will receive an email with login credentials. Use those to sign in directly.

Note: All new admin accounts start with a free plan (limited features). You can upgrade later via the Subscription page.

2. First Login & Wizard

After verifying your email, log in with your username and password. The first time you log in as an admin, you will see the Setup Wizard.

The wizard asks you to choose your school type:

  • Online School – your classes are fully remote. You will create a teacher, a parent, and a student.
  • Offline School – you have physical classes and need grades, sections, teachers, and parents.
  • Rooms (Simpler) – you only need virtual rooms, no teachers or parent accounts.

Follow the steps. All actions are performed automatically – you only need to fill in names and passwords.

The wizard creates real accounts. Teachers and parents will receive their login credentials via email (if email is provided).

3. Your Dashboard

After completing the wizard, you land on the Admin Dashboard. Here you can:

  • View key metrics (total classes, students, teachers, recordings).
  • Access navigation menu (School, Teachers, Parents, Students, Rooms, Recordings, Subscriptions, Settings).
  • Quickly start a new class or create a new room.

Pro tip: The side navigation bar is fully dynamic – it shows only the features available in your current plan.

4. Invite Your Team

You can now add more users:

  • Add a Teacher – go to Teachers → Add Teacher. The teacher will receive login details and can start classes immediately.

Bulk Invitation (Optional)

If you have many teachers or parents, contact support for CSV import tools (available on paid plans).

5. Set Up Your Brand (White‑label)

As an admin, you can customise the look of your PWA:

  1. Go to Settings → Branding.
  2. Upload:
    • Main logo (223×40) – appears in the app header.
    • Mobile icon (192×192) – for the PWA icon on phones.
    • Desktop icon (512×512) – for the PWA icon on desktops.
  3. The system automatically generates a new manifest.json and updates the class background image.

The PWA (Progressive Web App) allows your users to “install” your branded app on their devices. They will see your logo and school name on the home screen.

6. Choose a Subscription Plan (Optional)

The free plan gives you basic features:

  • Up to 3 teachers/rooms.
  • Up to 9 students.
  • Recordings retained for 3 days.
  • No AI features.

To unlock more, go to Subscription → Upgrade. You can purchase add‑ons:

  • Teacher add‑on – includes 2 student slots per teacher.
  • Student add‑on – extra students.
  • Eazy AI add‑on – enables AI class analysis and Q&A.

Payment is handled securely by PayPro. After purchase, your plan is automatically upgraded.
